NCBA Opens New Branch in Kerugoya Town to Empower Local Businesses
NCBA has expanded its presence in Kenya with the launch of yet another branch in Kerugoya Town, Kirinyaga County
The branch located at the Oasis Building in Kerugoya town will provide residents with the opportunity to access personalised banking services near them.
The launch brings the total number of NCBA branches in the country to 97 and present in 29 counties. This is also the 5th branch the bank has opened this year.
Speaking during the branch opening, NCBA Group Chairman Mr. James Ndegwa ”This is a new beginning not only for NCBA but also for the People of Kirinyaga County. With a population of 39,441 people, agriculture is then the backbone of this region and 87% of the population engaging in it and contributing 72% to the household incomes; As NCBA, we remain committed to ensuring that this region continues with its growth and development.”
In a bid to address customers’ needs, the Kerugoya Branch will focus on providing customers with a broad range of financial products and solutions, including savings and current accounts, loans, investment solutions for wholesalers, and asset finance solutions for retailers. Mobile and internet banking services will also enable customers to access their accounts from anywhere at any time.
Additionally, the bank aims to create pathways to prosperity for individuals, businesses, and key sectors, catering to popular customer needs through solutions like NCBA Till, mobile banking, online banking, and PDQ machines. These services provide enhanced accessibility and transaction ease.
With a dedicated team of 9 staff members at the Kerugoya branch, NCBA says it is committed to delivering high-quality, customer-centric services that will contribute to the county’s economic resilience and prosperity.
Most of the NCBA branches are now equipped with the latest modern technologies and means of comfort and privacy for the customers; the branch employees are also well trained and fully prepared to serve the customers and respond to their various requests very quickly within the full-services offered at the branch. NCBA’s expansion in Kerugoya reaffirms the bank’s ongoing commitment to regional development and customer accessibility.
