Tecno Camon 19 Pro is among the devices in the Camon 19 series that TECNO unveiled in the Kenya market a few weeks ago. Other devices in this series include the standard Camon 19 and 5G variant.
Tecno is selling the Camon 19 Pro at Ksh.37,999. At this price point, how does it fare with the competition?

Tecno Camon 19 Pro Specs
The phone comes with 6.8 inches (17.27 cm) display with a resolution of 1080 x 2460 Pixels and a 120hz refresh rate.
Camon 19 Pro features some 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. It runs the Android 12 operating system with HiOS 8.6 out of the box and houses a 5000 mAh battery.
The phone is powered by a MediaTek Helio G96 8-core CPU. This Chipset is backed by Mali-G57 GPU.
For the optics, the Tecno Camon 19 Pro features a triple rear camera setup comprising of a 64-megapixel primary shooter with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS); a 50-megapixel dedicated portrait lens with 50mm equivalent focal length, then a third 2-megapixel depth sensor. The phone also has four LED flash on the rear. There is a 32-megapixel selfie shooter on the front.
The phone comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and will be available in Polar Blue, Eco Black and Mondrian colour options.
