Infinix Android TVs Available in Kenya Starting at KES 19,490
Infinix Android TVs: Infinix X1 series TV lineup is now available in Kenya. The company has started selling two models under this series both powered by Android TV.
Infinix X1 TVs are available in two sizes; 32- and 43-inches. You can buy the 32-inch variant at KES 19,490 while the larger 43-inch option is going for KES. 31,990.
With Android TV out-of-the-box, Infinix X1 series promises enough entertainment content. Android TV typically grants access to a wide variety of applications from Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, and more via Google Play Store.
Both the 43-inch and 32-inch model run Android 9 Pie, the current industry standard.
It’s worth mentioning that Google announced the new version of Android TV based on Android 10 in 2019 but it is yet to reach TVs in the consumer market – even on the high-end of the spectrum.
Moreover, both TVs have built-in support for two HDR flavors – HDR10 and HLG. On top of that, Infinix boasts about its proprietary image enhancement quality engine, Epic 2.0, that supposedly improves image fluency, color, sharpness, and contrast.
Infinix X1 series also includes the perks of Android TV. It includes built-in Chromecast support, screen mirroring, WIFI, and Bluetooth 5.0.
Audio is tuned by audio heavyweights Dolby Atmos. And if you pick the 43-inch model, there are dual speakers rated 24W with support for both Dolby Audio and AAC.
In terms of design, Infinix X1 series family features the so-called frameless design, with minimal bezels, an undisputed design trend for 2020 TVs.
