OPPO A52 and W11 headphones earphones launched in Kenya


OPPO has today launched the OPPO A52 smartphone in the Kenya for Ksh24,999.

The company has also partnered with Jumia, on its anniversary sale where consumers can purchase the OPPO W11 wireless headphones at Ksh3,000 from the previous Ksh 4,999 with every purchase of the OPPO A52. 

The launch comes just a few weeks after the OPPO A92 which according to OPPO Kenya Communication and Projects Manager Muthoni Wachira demonstrates the firm’s commitment to cater to different market segments.

The OPPO A52 featurs a 6.5 inches with a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels at a pixel density of 480 pixels per inch (ppi). It  is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor and comes with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

For your imaging purposes, the phone on the rear packs a 12-megapixel primary camera; a second 8-megapixel camera; a third 2-megapixel camera and a fourth 2-megapixel camera. The selfie camera is 8-megapixel and also comes with a 5000mAh battery.

The OPPO A52 is available in two colors: Twilight Black, Stream White.

Also, OPPO is rolling out the Enco W11 true wireless headphones in the country. The release marks OPPO’s latest foray into entry-level true wireless headphones.

OPPO says the product combines stable core performance and convenient connection with 20-hour battery life, powerful bass, as well as IP55 dustproof and waterproof features. OPPO aims to leverage the headphones to establish a presence in younger user groups that closely pay attention to new technologies, follow burgeoning trends, and focus on product performance and experience.
