Infinix HOT 9 Play Unboxing
The Infinix HOT 9 Play is yet to be launched in the Kenyan and we’re not sure when it will finally be made available. The normal HOT 9 is however already listed on Infinix’s e-commerce site.
The device is however already selling in other African markets like Nigeria and has also been launched in India. It features a 6.82 inches display a 13 MP main camera and and 8 MP camera for selfies.
The Infinix Hot 9 Play also comes with 2GB of RAM, 32 GB internal storage and a powerful 6000 mAh battery.
We managed to get a review unit which is what we will be talking about in this unboxing article. Watch our unboxing video below:
The package comes with the phone itself and the usual accessories which include a screen protector, a pair of earphones, charger head, a micro-USB charging cable, a clear plastic back cove, a sim ejector tool, some user manual and a customer service card
The display as we mentioned is 6.82 inches with a resolution of 720 by 1640 pixels. The top bezel houses the earpiece grill which also serves as the phone’s speaker. Right below you have the 8MP selfie camera.
The volume rocker buttons and a power button are all on the right.
The left side hosts the slot for dual SIM cards and an external MicroSD.
At the back, you have the AI-powered dual-camera setup that includes a 13MP main camera and a secondary macro lens with a LED flash. It is also here that we have the fingerprint sensor. The frame looks pretty good, although the back is plastic and glossy.
At the bottom, you have the headphone jack and the micro-USB port located next to the microphone.
The Infinix HOT 9 Play is powered by a MediaTek Helio A25. It’s an Android 10(Go Edition) device and comes with XOS 6.1. The phone comes in Mineral Blue, Mystic Purple, Peach Pink, Peacock Blue.
