Jumia ‘Price Hero’ campaign is offering deals of up to 50% off


Jumia Kenya has launched a new campaign that will see consumers buy products online at the lowest price ever. Dubbed ‘Price Hero’’, the “lowest price guarantee” the campaign will run from 2nd to 9th October and will see Jumia customers shop for deals of up to 50% off on selected categories.

Jumia Kenya is working with partners like Tuskys, Samsung, Unilever, Chandaria, Fero, Hotpoint,  Ramtons and Mika for this exclusive deals during the campaign. This means you’re getting deals in categories like home appliances, mobile phones, electronics, and groceries.

So why is Jumia running the Jumia Price Hero campaign, and should you really take part in it? Well, according to a survey conducted by the company, the biggest reason that most Kenyan consumers shop online is to take advantage of quality products and competitive pricing.

“Buying low-quality products is a risk – as it can end up costing you more. Our job at Jumia is to curate the biggest range of quality products from trusted sources, and to make these available at the best price in the market. ‘’ Jumia’s Price Hero campaign, Managing Director, Sam said.

If you’re wondering why you should take part in the Price Hero then here is why. Apart from products being up to 50% off, the online retailer has promised to refund twice the difference on selected items purchased on Jumia within the period if found at a cheaper price from a selection of other outlets.

“We’ve identified a selection of 40 products to choose from, including the iPhone 8, PlayStation 4, and Samsung 32” TV.’’ said Chappatte.

For example, if you have been yearning to buy an iPhone 6 instead of spending Kshs. 62,700 Jumia Kenya will be selling it for Kshs. 39,999. Same case for the iPhone 8, Jumia will be selling it for Kshs.84,499 from the usual price of Kshs.100,000. You also get amazing deals on Television sets, play stations and much more.
