The OPPO F3 Dual Selfie Camera is coming on 15th in Kenya


OPPO is set to launch yet another smartphone in the country.  The company will be launching the dual selfie camera OPPO F3 smartphone on May 15th, an addition to its selfie-focused F series.

The OPPO F3’s key feature is the dual selfie camera, and this should make selfie lovers really excited. One for individual selfies, and another wide-angle camera designed for group selfies with a twice larger field of view.  The dual selfie camera bears one 16-megapixel 1.3-inch sensor with f/2.0 aperture, and double view wide-angle camera that has an 8-megapixel sensor.

According to Mr. Andrew Peng, OPPO KENYA CEO, the new F3 will be another selfie expert to transform selfies and group selfies to more natural, beautiful, and most importantly, much easier to capture, even when taking with a large group of people.”

The Oppo F3 also comes with various camera features, including the Beautify 4.0 app, Selfie Panorama, Screen Flash, and Palm Shutter.

Other features include a 5.5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) In-Cell TFT 2.5D curved display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection and 401ppi pixel density. The smartphone is powered by a 1.5GHz MediaTek MT6750T6 octa-core SoC coupled with Mali-T860 GPU and 4GB of RAM. The Oppo F3 sports 64GB of inbuilt storage that’s expandable to 128 GB via a dedicated microSD card.

The dual-SIM (Nano-SIM) Oppo F3 will also run ColorOS 3.0 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

For the first time ever in history, OPPO Kenya also says it will open pre-orders for the device and only then a clear picture of the local pricing for the device will be unveiled.  

OPPO says it is devoted to perfecting the selfie camera technology.
