Truecaller Unlocks Global Access for Its Business Chat Service


Truecaller has announced the global rollout of its Business Chat service, extending access to channel partners and enterprise solution providers. By  “opening up” the platform, the company aims to help businesses move away from low-trust SMS and adopt a more secure, media-rich, and conversational way of engaging customers.

With this partner-led expansion, Truecaller is positioning businesses to reconnect with customers while fostering immediate trust and stronger credibility.

Furthermore ,Truecaller highlighted a shift in how modern enterprises define success, with greater focus on trust, engagement, and conversion.

Additionally,Truecaller’s Business Chat provides a clutter-free, high-trust conversational platform for businesses and consumers. Partners such as Gupshup and OneXtel are already live in India, while Globe Teleservices, Cloudcom, and Sling Africa are rolling out the platform in other international markets, rapidly scaling its adoption.
