Mantrac Kenya has rolled out the “Advantage” Program, a new loyalty initiative designed to reward customers for their purchases of Caterpillar equipment, parts, and services.
The launch coincides with Caterpillar’s 100-year dealership presence in Kenya, marking a century of partnership in powering the nation’s development.
The Advantage Program introduces a points-based system where customers earn rewards on every transaction. Points can be redeemed for benefits such as service support, extended warranties, Customer Value Agreements, equipment attachments, Cat-branded merchandise, and digital subscriptions including VisionLink and Condition Monitoring.
To enhance value, Mantrac has built in boosters and accelerators. Purchases made via Parts.Cat.Com or service jobs earn 50% more points, while seasonal promotions unlock additional rewards. Customers who connect over 60% of their fleet through ProductLink and log into VisionLink each month will also receive extra accelerators.
Speaking at the launch, Mohamed Ibrahim, Managing Director of Mantrac Kenya, said the initiative is about giving back to customers: “The Advantage Program is our way of showing gratitude to our customers who have stood with Caterpillar and Mantrac over the years. As we celebrate 100 years of Caterpillar dealership presence in Kenya, this initiative ensures every purchase is rewarded with tangible value, helping our customers reinvest in their businesses.”
Sean Watson, Head of Commerce and Value Stream at Mantrac Group, added that the program is designed to deepen customer engagement while driving digital adoption: “With Advantage, we are not only recognising loyalty but also encouraging customers to embrace connected fleet technologies like VisionLink. This blend of rewards and innovation empowers them to maximise efficiency and extract more value from their partnership with Mantrac.”
All existing Mantrac Kenya customers have been automatically enrolled into the Loyalty Program, which features tiered levels from Bronze to Platinum. Each tier unlocks additional rewards and discounts, offering customers progressive value as they grow with the brand.
