Sophos Unveils Unified Partner Program to Accelerate Growth and Cybersecurity Delivery

Cybersecurity leader Sophos has launched a new global Unified Partner Program that brings together its partner ecosystem with that of Secureworks.
The move is aimed at giving partners—resellers, managed service providers, and integrators—access to a broader suite of cybersecurity solutions and support as demand for digital protection continues to grow across markets, including Africa.
The unified program offers a streamlined path for partners to scale their operations, with access to Sophos’ full portfolio of advanced security solutions, including endpoint, network, email, cloud security, extended detection and response (XDR), managed detection and response (MDR), identity threat detection and response (ITDR), and next-generation SIEM capabilities. All services are centrally managed through the Sophos Central platform, creating a simplified experience for delivering and managing security across multiple customer environments.
Chris Bell, Senior Vice President of Global Channel, Alliances, and Corporate Development at Sophos, said the new Partner Program is built to reflect the current realities of the cybersecurity landscape and the way partners want to grow. He emphasized that whether partners are expanding their managed services or launching new advisory offerings, the program is designed to offer flexibility, profitability, and access to the right tools and support.
The announcement comes at a time when partner-led services are seeing significant growth globally. Research by Canalys shows that for every dollar spent on cybersecurity products, customers spend an additional two dollars on services, underlining the value of partnerships in delivering high-impact cybersecurity outcomes.
Sophos says the updated program enhances partner support across sales, marketing, training, and customer success. This includes AI-powered tools such as a real-time Sales Assistant built into the partner portal, simplified quoting processes, license and device management tools, and expanded certification training through the Sophos Academy.
Partners have welcomed the changes. Dave Peck, President and CEO of Trebron, said the ability to offer next-generation SIEM and cybersecurity services through a trusted provider like Sophos creates a significant opportunity, especially in sectors like healthcare and manufacturing. Andrew Campbell, Director of Security Category at Softchoice, also praised the unified platform, calling it a valuable way to strengthen defenses and uncover new business opportunities.
With over 25,000 partners globally and more than 1.8 million users across 15 countries, Sophos says this new Partner Program is a critical step in empowering its global ecosystem, including in high-growth regions such as Kenya to lead in a fast-evolving digital threat landscape.
