Samsung’s next Unpacked event is happening on July 10

We’re one month away from the next Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event. The most recent event was on January 17, 2024, where we saw Samsung showcase the new Galaxy S series phones.

The next Unpacked is now happening on July 10, 2024.

There’s a lot to expect from the event – we will be seeing Samsung launch its next-gen foldables as well as updates to its Galaxy Watch and Galaxy Tab lines. There’s little information about these products out there so we will just have to wait and see what surprises the company will have for us.

One thing we know for sure is that Samsung will be again, going big on AI like it did with the Galaxy S24. Earlier last month, the company announced that it would be extending the Galaxy AI features to a select number of Galaxy devices through a new One UI 6.1 update. We expect to see the new foldables to be launched with this update.

Samsung will hold the event in Paris. This is an interesting location as the city host the 2024 Summer Olympics later that month and well, Samsung is one of the biggest sponsors of the games. Of course, we can’t all go to Paris for the launch but the good thing is that it will also be streamed on Samsung’s website and social media pages.

In Kenya, we expect the Samsung local office to host a watch party for the event. We have seen them do this before and invited select tech media and partners to watch the event.

We will definitely be sharing more details about the Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event in our subsequent articles.
