Nigerian online training provider Blurpe launches talent linking tool

Nigerian online training company Blurpe has launched a new product dubbed Talent Pool, aimed at linking marketing specialists in Africa with startups and companies looking to hire talents.

The startup which offers a wide range of marketing courses such as Email Marketing, Web Design, Google Ads Mastery, and Affiliate Marketing courses aims to use its platform to expose its trainees to job opportunities within the tech space and beyond.

Talent Pool will also provide opportunities for individuals to get trained through tailored marketing courses and workshops and have the chance to be part of a community that can help foster and catalyze their growth.

Since the advent of Covid-19, online training has become a key component of gaining skills for the modern workforce. There are several free and relatively cheap training platforms where interested candidates can gain profitable skills relevant to the modern workplace.

Milton Tutu, CEO and founder of Blurpe said, “For a long time, when it comes to talent placement, tech marketers have always been left out of the equation. More focus has been given to technical talents like developers and engineers. However, for every product being built, you need a marketing team to help drive growth for the product. With the talent pool, we are closing the gap between African marketing talents and companies. With this, marketers are a step closer to their dream job!”

Blurpe’s Talent Pool comes at a time when the continent is experiencing a rapid increase in startups and foreign companies building solutions across various sectors.
