Telkom Kenya launched the Mambo 99 tariff in May last year to give customers data and minutes at competitive pricing.
The new bundle proposition allows Telkom prepaid customers to benefit from increased data allocations, non-expiry bundles, and competitive voice allocations.
At the launch, Telkom said the Mambo 99 bundles were informed by new customer consumption patterns during the pandemic.
Mambo 99 offers customers different packages my favorite one being the 2.54GB which also offers you 100 Telkom minutes daily.
Mobile data in Kenya and other African countries is still expensive and people like us love to see value for their money. One of the things I am always worried about is purchasing data that will run out while I am out of the office or where there’s no Wifi so Mambo 99 always saves the day.

How to subscribe to Telkom Kenya’s Mambo 99 bundle
You can subscribe to this offer by simply dialing*544# from your Telkom line, select My Special Offer, and following the prompts.
You can also sign up via the My Telkom App and My Account portal. To check your balance, simply dial *131#.
Important to also note that you can only subscribe to the same bundle before the expiry of your existing bundle. You cannot subscribe to a higher of a lower bundle until your current bundle is expired.
