Samsung new Bespoke range of products unveiled

Samsung Electronics unveiled a new line of consumer electronic innovations at the Bespoke Home 2022 event live-streamed from Milan, Italy earlier last week.

The electronic manufacturer says these products build on its continued efforts to enhance customer experience, convenience and flexibility.

“In order to bring the Bespoke ethos to more users than ever, Samsung’s 2022 Bespoke Home lineup was designed with the vision of expanding home life in three key ways: the Expansion of Space, the Expansion of Experience and the Expansion of Time.” The company said in a statement.

Through the Expansion of Space ideology, the company aims to create a situation where Bespoke appliances are placed throughout the home, while the Expansion of Experience focuses on more smart home solutions that bring connectivity and experience. The Expansion of Time, the company says, refers to efforts to make “eco-conscious innovations that will allow users to enjoy their Bespoke products for longer as well as reducing both waste materials and users’ energy costs.”

Samsung says that its vision is to impact users by making its SmartThings Home products more impactful. It has singled out six areas it aims to impact, which include cooking, energy, clothing care, pet care, air care and home care.

Among products to be fitted with new innovations is an AI-powered one expected to hit the market later this year. The smart oven will feature the company’s inventions such as AI Pro Cooking™, Sense-to-Open and Dual Cook Steam technologies.

“Samsung is set to bring their AI-powered Bespoke laundry products to the North American and European markets in the coming months.” The company said.

Samsung Electronics East Africa, Head of Consumer Electronics Division Sam Odhiambo said the Kenyan market will equally reap the benefits of these new developments.

“We are excited about this new Bespoke range because we are in a time where Kenyans are more conscious about the aesthetics of the Consumer electronics that they purchase and how they blend in with their furniture and overall look and feel of their home.”

Last year, Samsung unveiled a line of products that offered more customization options. The Bespoke Home 2022 is thus a continuation of ground-breaking innovations that the company expects to define the future.
