Itel S16 Series launching in Kenya on Friday 18: What to Expect
..modern design with minimal bezels and a HD+ display
Itel Mobile has already pinned a launch date for its new S16 Series phones. In case you missed it, the launch will be happening this coming Friday and will be broadcasted on KTN Home from 7:30 PM and also on Facebook.
The company is preparing to announce its new itel S16 phones, an upgrade to last year’s S15. Speaking about its selfie-focused new phone, itel says it will be equipped with an extra-large HD+ waterdrop screen. S16 designs will also be all-new, modern and with minimal bezels.
The S16 features a hole punch on the top left – a unique feature on itel smartphones – which houses the selfie camera. Speaking of cameras, itel S16 is also armed with three rear cameras, an upgrade from the dual-camera array in the S15.
Considering the S15 was launched in 2019, it only makes sense that the S16 will feature upgraded internal hardware. But that’s not all. User experience has supposedly been improved as well.

Apart from the new upcoming S16 series phone(s), itel is also geared up to launch other products. The company will, for the first time, unveil its TV in Kenya as well as wearables.
