The BAKE Awards 2019 winners were announced yesterday at an event held at the Utalii Hotel. The winners on the night included JustJoykendi.com, who won the overall Kenyan Blog of the Year category.
Other winners included Lyraoko.com in the photography category, leotunapika.com in the food category, africancityplanner.
The 2019 competition was sponsored by the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Safaricom, Tuko.co.ke, CDI Gadgets, and Konza City.
The BAKE Awards, since its inception in 2012, has recognized and awarded the best in Kenyan blogging every year. It is organized by the Bloggers Association of Kenya (BAKE), an organization that promotes online content creation and free expression in Kenya.
