Huawei unveils a new customer service center in Nakuru to cover the Western region.


In a bid to bring its services closer to customers, Huawei mobile has launched a new customer service center in Nakuru county. The company has partnered with Tricom Technologies to launch this center, making it the 4th center in the country.

This customer service center will cover the entire of Western region and according to Huawei, it will provide an opportunity for customers in the region to interact with Huawei staff and products as well as get first hand help on Huawei products related queries.  It will also serve as a physical platform for Huawei to collect data to be able to serve its customers better.

Huawei says that the customer service center will handle over one thousand customers a month, adding that it is working hard to establish a personal relationship with its clients in the Western region.  The center is located on the third floor of Master’s Plaza, Kenyatta Avenue.

Speaking during the launch, Huawei Western Regional Manager Mr. Mokono said through the use of customer service centers, they are making sure that their customers are always getting in touch.

‘’We believe in putting a quality device in the hands of every Kenyan, and we are going to get there. ‘’ He said, adding that the team in Nakuru will hard to make sure that Huawei latest devices are available everywhere.

Even with a marked increase in demand for its devices, Huawei says it is not stopping here. It says it is planning on doing an aggressive analysis that will make them provide improved services to their customers.

Huawei already has centers in Nairobi and Mombasa with plans to launch other centers in Nakuru, Kisumu and other parts of the country. It says the new center in Nakuru ushers a new age of expansion for Huawei Mobile in Kenya.
