Airtel has unveiled a new walk-in Service Centre in Meru town. Located on the ground floor of Tuskys Mall, the Airtel Meru shop will offers customers the convenience and ease of access to Airtel’s range of products and services as well as the comfort of first-hand contact and interactions with customer service agents.
“We are delighted to open our doors to the people of Meru County as we seek to provide them with innovative products and services from Airtel that are relevant to their daily needs. We believe that our shop staff will be able to serve our customers better, helping us to address the quest for better service experience for the residents of Meru and its environs”, Airtel Kenya CEO Adil El Youssefi said.
He added that that the opening of the new shop in Meru town underlines the company’s commitment to providing world- class service experience to customers in the unfolding its promises.
The shop is fully equipped to provide a diverse range of services including the latest handsets and data devices at attractive prices and all sold with warranty. The shop is also expected to offer end-to-end service support for Airtel Money, Postpaid & Prepaid services, Airtel data settings, bill payments and airtime.
Two weeks ago, Airtel also opened a new shop in Kericho town located at Nenyon Plaza. The telecommunication company says the recent opening of new customer service shops is part of the company’s retail expansion project whose aim is to expand its retail footprint in the country and take its products and services closer to customers.
The shop opening event was graced by Meru County Minister of Planning, Lands, Housing and ICT Hon. Martin Bikuri and Imenti North MP. Rahim Dawood on Friday last week.
