Windows 10 Release this week; What to expect
This week,January 21st to be exact Microsoft will unveil the latest Windows 10 preview release at day long event in its Redmond headquarters.
A technical preview is already available and last year in November the company also unveiled the consumer preview of the Windows 10 operating system.
The technical preview released last year was aimed basically at enterprise customers. The Start menu was brought back and sandboxed Windows Store apps in the preview run in windows instead of full screen.
So what should we expect this week. The new update hopefully should be much more focused on consumer devices and services.
The event will be streamed live on Microsoft’s Windows 10 story website from 9am (Pacific) / 5pm (GMT). And just in case you miss it, Microsoft said an on-demand version will be available to view on the same page as soon as possible.
Keep it here for Live updates as the event happens.
