Samsung has now made it possible for its customers in Kenya to trade in their old Galaxy devices for the recently launched Galaxy S22 series. The company has partnered with Badili Africa a local startup that focuses on device exchange for this programme.
Customers can trade in their previous Galaxy Note or Galaxy S device for any of the three new devices in the Galaxy S22 series and receive an instant cash discount.
The Galaxy S22 Ultra 512GB is retailing at KShs. 159,999 while the S22 Ultra 256GB is at KShs. 148,999; Galaxy S22+ 256GB at KShs. 116,999 and the Galaxy S22 256GB at KShs. 99,000.

Customers can visit select Authorized dealer stores across the country to get a valuation done of their device and sign off on the trade in for the new S22 Series device of choice.

Mr. Rishabh Lawania, CEO Badili Africa says this partnership with Samsung will mark the beginning of one of a kind trade-in industry in Kenya, and Africa at large.

Samsung launched the Galaxy S22 series in Kenya back in February. Pre-orders for the devices were opened in March and Samsung says it has since sold 2000 units.
