Infinix NOTE 7 Pre-orders Open in Kenya Starting at Ksh 18,399 with Free Delivery
Infinix Kenya has opened pre-orders for its new NOTE device, Infinix Note 7. It succeeds 2018’s Note 5, bringing the usual incremental update upgrades from hardware to software and to design.
It sports a 6.95-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with brightness maxing out at 480nits. The display is protected by Corning’s Gorilla Glass lining, although the company has not provided specifics.
The battery is a massive 5,000mAh non-removable Li-Po battery, and the phone ships with an 18W charging brick for replenishing. It is available in two memory configurations: 4GB RAM + 64GB and 6GB RAM + 128GB storage.
For smartphone photo enthusiasts there is a triple camera setup on the rear including a 48 MP primary sensor, a 2 MP macro, 2MP depth and a 2MP f/1.8, a dedicated video camera that is only available on the 6GB/128GB model. The phone can shoot up to 1080p videos at just 30fps.
Moving to the internal hardware, it uses MediaTek’s first gaming-focused chipset, Helio G70. The phone runs on Android 10.0 out-of-the-box, with proprietary XOS 6.0 UI on top.
Security features include Face Unlock, together with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
