Westcon-Comstor Expands Cybersecurity and Networking Portfolio with Infoblox in Southern Africa

Westcon-Comstor has announced a new distribution partnership with Infoblox, bringing the company’s hybrid and multi-cloud networking platform to channel partners across Southern Africa.
The agreement allows Westcon-Comstor’s regional partners to deliver Infoblox’s unified platform, which integrates core network services, including DNS, DHCP and IP address management, with security and cloud automation capabilities. The platform is designed to help organisations manage increasingly complex hybrid and multi-cloud environments without sacrificing visibility or security.
The timing reflects broader shifts in how African organisations are approaching their digital infrastructure. More than 86% of organisations on the continent reported medium or high cloud maturity in 2025, with nearly all planning to expand their cloud architectures further. At the same time, over 60% are actively strengthening cybersecurity and risk-mitigation protocols to keep pace with the threats those environments attract.
Under the partnership, Westcon-Comstor will provide channel partners with access to Infoblox’s full portfolio alongside enablement support, technical training and go-to-market guidance.
“Hybrid and multi-cloud environments have increased the operational and security demands placed on core network services,” said Nickey Mannya, Director for Cybersecurity and Next Generation Solutions at Westcon-Comstor Southern Africa. “By bringing Infoblox into our Southern African portfolio, we are equipping our partners with a platform that strengthens network resilience while creating new opportunities for growth.”
Infoblox currently serves more than 6,000 customers globally, including 92 of the Fortune 100. For the company, the Westcon-Comstor partnership provides local market reach it would otherwise have to build from scratch.
“Southern Africa is a strategic growth market where organisations are looking to modernise securely and at scale,” said Justin Olivier, Regional Manager for SADC at Infoblox. “Partnering with Westcon-Comstor gives us the reach, channel expertise and local market insight required to help partners deliver secure, automated and resilient network services.”
The deal expands Westcon-Comstor’s cybersecurity and networking portfolio in the region as enterprise demand for integrated, cloud-ready security solutions continues to grow.
