NCBA Announces Distributor Partnership with Property Management Platform Zetu

NCBA Bank has today announced a strategic distributor partnership with Zetu Innovations, the company behind the Nyumba Zetu platform, in a move aimed at transforming property management for real estate customers across Kenya.

The collaboration will enable NCBA’s real estate clients to access Nyumba Zetu, a next-generation property management solution built to streamline operations for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, including affordable housing projects.

The platform offers a range of modern, data-driven tools that simplify property oversight for developers, landlords, property managers, and homeowners’ associations.

NCBA says the partnership aligns with its broader commitment to offering innovative, sector-specific solutions to its retail and SME customers, particularly in the growing real estate space.

“This partnership reaffirms our commitment to delivering simple, secure, smart, and scalable digital solutions,” said Tirus Mwithiga, NCBA Group Director, Corporate Banking and Business Advisory. “It complements our existing property offerings like mortgages, construction loans, solar leasing, and WASH financing — helping customers not only build but also manage their investments more efficiently and sustainably.”

Zetu Innovations CEO and Founder Nicholas Ogaye emphasized the importance of the collaboration in propelling real estate into a more digital future.

“Nyumba Zetu was built to remove the complexity of property management and give organizations better control over their portfolios,” said Ogaye. “Our partnership with NCBA allows us to scale these solutions and empower communities across Kenya and the diaspora with intuitive, automated tools.”

The launch comes amid continued resilience in Kenya’s real estate sector. According to the 2025 Economic Survey by the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics (KNBS), real estate activity grew by 4.6% in the last quarter of 2024, with the sector contributing KES 283.1 billion to GDP.

Nyumba Zetu is now available to the public, with onboarding support accessible through NCBA relationship managers and branches nationwide. Interested customers can also sign up via the Nyumba Zetu website.
