Airtel Money Kenya has partnered with Moja Expressway Company to introduce Airtel Money as a convenient payment method for toll fees on the Nairobi Expressway.
Airtel Money customers can easily pay tolls at exit stations through Manual or Electronic Toll Collection using their Airtel registered numbers or topping up via *819# or the Moja website. MTC customers can enter their PIN after a push notification.
As more motorists use the expressway, Airtel Money offers an affordable payment option, ensuring a convenient and flexible checkout experience. The partnership aims to enhance user convenience, reduce reliance on cash, and expand Airtel Money’s use cases.
To celebrate the festive season, Airtel Money transactions for toll payments will have zero transaction charges (excluding partner fees) until January 2025.
