Samsung announces global availability of Galaxy Z Fold6 and Galaxy Z Flip6


Samsung has announced the global availability of Galaxy Z Fold6, Galaxy Z Flip6, Galaxy Watch Ultra, Galaxy Watch7, Galaxy Buds3 series and Galaxy Ring.

The products have been on pre-order for three weeks now since being unveiled at Samsung’s second Unpacked event on July 10th.

“We’ve seen significant consumer excitement following the unveiling of our latest Galaxy devices earlier this month,” said Anthony Hutia, Samsung Electronics East Africa, Head of Mobile Experience Division.

“By integrating the power of Galaxy AI into our versatile foldable devices as well as expanding it to our ecosystem portfolio, we are continuing our commitment to putting the potential of AI into the hands of millions around the world.”

This year, Samsung went big on the phones with the integration of its Galaxy AI  with Google AI and Google Gemini. The phones are also thinner, brighter and come with higher-resolution folding displays.

Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold6, which is the big brother here starts at Ksh 264,000 local pricing.  The Galaxy Z Flip6  on the other hand starts at Kshs. 148,000.

The Galaxy Z Fold6 is available in Silver Shadow, Pink and Navy. Galaxy Z Flip6 also offers Silver Shadow, in addition to Yellow, Blue and Mint colors. 

Galaxy Watch Ultra is available in a 47mm size in Titanium Gray, Titanium White and Titanium Silver. Galaxy Watch7 is available in two sizes, 40mm and 44mm. Choose from Green and Cream colour options for 40mm and Green and Silver for 44mm.
