Xiaomi Redmi 13 With 108-Megapixel Camera, MediaTek Helio G91 Ultra SoC Launches in Kenya


Xiaomi Kenya has today launched Redmi 13 4G smartphone in Kenya. Xiaomi says the phone promises to captivate tech enthusiasts and consumers alike with its cutting-edge technology and exceptional features.

The Xiaomi Redmi 13 boasts a sleek glass back design that enhances its appearance and provides an elevated in-hand feel. At just 8.3mm thick, it offers a stylish and easy-to-hold profile, making it as beautiful to look at as it is comfortable to use.

Redmi 13 sports a 6.79-inch full-HD+ (2,400 x 1,080 pixels) immersive 90Hz Adaptive Sync display delivering an excellent viewing experience.  It’s a Corning® Gorilla® Glass display and IP53 dust and splash resistance, ensuring durability and reliability in various conditions.

The phone is powered by a MediaTek Helio G91 Ultra SoC paired with up to 8GB and up to 256GB onboard storage. The storage can be expanded to up to 1TB via a microSD card. It ships with Android 14-based HyperOS.

For the optics, the Xiaomi Redmi 13 introduces a powerful 108MP super-clear camera to the Redmi Series, setting a new standard for smartphone photography. With a 3x zoom and lossless image quality, users can capture stunning close-up shots without compromising resolution. The large 1/1.67″ sensor enhances light capture, ensuring brilliant night photography and exceptional clarity.

The phone comes with a 5,030mAh battery with support for 33W Fast Charging is currently available for purchase in three RAM and storage configurations and three colour options.
