Glovo Appoints Daphne Kabeberi as Impact and Sustainability Lead for Africa
Glovo has announced the appointment of Daphne Kabeberi as the Impact and Sustainability Lead for Africa.
In her new role, Daphne will drive Glovo’s sustainability agenda, ensuring the company’s operations and initiatives contribute meaningfully to social and environmental well-being across Africa.

Prior to joining Glovo, Daphne served as the Program Lead and Partnership Manager at Tunapanda Institute, where she designed, directed and fundraised for training programs to prepare digital workers from underprivileged communities to succeed at dignified jobs.
Additionally, as the Lead Sustainability Engineer at Endustrial Support, Daphne successfully implemented “Green Key” eco-label standards for a leading hotel, optimizing energy and water utilization, and guiding best practices that significantly reduced the carbon footprint and achieved substantial annual savings.
