VFS Global plans to start using AI in Visa processing


VFS Global is partnering with the Responsible AI Institute (RAI Institute) to integrate ethical AI practices in the development of AI solutions for visa processing.

The partnership will enable continuous technological innovation, ensuring VFS Global provides more convenience for customers while delivering secure and responsible visa and citizen services to governments worldwide including Kenya.

VFS said in a statement that the innovation will enhance the role it plays in safely connecting people and countries, supporting trade, tourism, education, and skills worldwide.
