Huawei Mobile Kenya has unveiled its latest addition to the HUAWEI Y Series, the HUAWEI Y7a in Kenya.
The device has been on pre-order but from last but can now be purchased at Kshs 22,999 in all retail stores including Telkom Kenya outlets.
Huawei Y7a according to Huawei will be the second mid-range device to come with super-fast charging after the Huawei Y9a that was released in 2020.
The phone boasts a 6.67″ FHD+ LCD panel, the company’s in-house Kirin 710A SoC, 4GB of memory, either 64GB or 128GB of internal storage, and EMUI 10.1 based on Android 10 on the software front.
Huawei Y7a on the rear packs a 48-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture; a second 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture; a third 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture and a fourth 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It sports a 8-megapixel camera on the front for selfies, with an f/2.0 aperture.
The Huawei Y7a runs EMUI 10.1 based on Android 10 and will be available in Blush Gold, Crush Green, and Midnight Black colours.
