Huawei nova7i officially goes on sale in Kenya


Huawei has officially launched the Huawei nova7i in the Kenyan market. The device will be retailing for Kshs. 29,999 and will be available in all retail stores across the country including on Jumia.

Shipping over 125 million units globally by the end of 2019, Huawei’s nova series features premium features which we have highlighted in our review here. 

Speaking of the new device in the market, Zhujie Jim said, “Following the sleek design and innovative philosophies of the nova series, the new HUAWEI nova 7i incorporates stunning design, innovative rear quad-camera, large battery and powerful Kirin 810 chipset that enhance the user experience, making yet another trend-setting smartphone for a young generation of consumers who love to play, capture and share.”



Nova 7i features a quad camera setup with a 48MP Main Camera at the forefront followed by a 120° Ultra-Wide Angle lens, a Portrait Bokeh lens, and lastly, a 4cm Macro lens. Huawei’s in-house Kirin 810 chipset powers this phone which promises better single-core and multi-core performance than Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 730.

For gaming activities, Huawei Nova7i bets on the GPU Turbo 3.0 graphics processing technology for seamless performance. The device is powered by a 4000mAh battery.
