TECNO Mobile has been teasing the Camon 15 smartphone in Kenya for a few weeks now. The company had not indicated when it plans to launch the device in the country especially due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic that has brought the entire world to a standstill.
It, however, looks like we might be seeing the device from early next month. TECNO has announced that it has opened pre-orders for the Camon 15 in selected TECNO MOBILE stores. To pre-order, you will need to pay Ksh.2,000 as deposit. Once this payment is received you will also receive a Tuskys shopping voucher worth Ksh.1,000.
TECNO plans to officially launch the Camon 15 on 2nd April. Official sales, according to a statement from the company’s local office might begin before 10th April.
There’s so much to expect from the TECNO Camon 15. Of course, the most talked feature is the 64MP Sony IMX 686 sensor you can read about the specs here for the Camon 15 and here for the Camon 15 Pro.
