Soon, You Will Easily Sign-In to Your Windows PC Without a Password

Nobody loves being bugged with passwords now and then; and what’s even worst, password sign-ins are still vulnerable to being bypassed. Just like the implementation in smartphones with face unlocks and fingerprint sensor technology Microsoft is also getting tired of password sign-ins.

In a recent Windows 10 Insider Preview build, Microsoft has been reported testing password free sign-ins. The update has been rolled out to a group of Windows 10 Preview Insiders, and the company hopes all the Insiders will have the feature by the end of the coming week.

As a result of ditching password Windows 10 Preview version 18396 now provides two options; Windows Hello Face(Uses your camera to sign in – face unlock) and Windows Hello Fingerprint.

If you’re in the Windows preview program, you can access this feature by heading over to your Settings then Accounts. Choose Sign-in options then tap on Make your device passwordless. To have a pie of the feature, you must be using the latest Windows update version 18396.

Although Windows has had problems with its software off late, the company hasn’t stopped working on new features now and then. In the past few weeks, Windows also rolled out Your Phone app to more Surface laptops. The new feature enables you to manage your phone directly from your PC.
