Nokia 2.1 starts selling in Kenya at KES 11,500


HMD Global has announced that the availability of the new Nokia 2.1 in Kenya starting today. The device will be available for purchase from accredited retailers from KES 11,500.

The Nokia 2.1 was first announced to the world in May together with two other devices with included the Nokia 3.1 and the Nokia 5.1 which was also unveiled in the country this month.

The device comes with a 5.0-inch touchscreen display, with 720 pixels by 1280 pixels resolution.  It measures 153.70 x 77.70 x 9.35.  It packs 8GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card.

For the cameras, the Nokia 2.1 packs an 8-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 5-megapixel front shooter for selfies. It is powered by a 4000mAh.Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, and Bluetooth.
