Its official, the Galaxy S9 is coming on February 25

We can now officially confirm that Samsung will be launching the Galaxy S9 on February 25th. Samsung is sending out invites already for the Unpacked 2018 scheduled to take place in Barcelona, Spain at MCW.

The invite strongly suggests that Samsung will be officially announcing the Galaxy S9 and the Galaxy S9 Plus with improved cameras.

Recent leaks suggest that the Galaxy S9 will sport a 5.8-inch display with rounded corners, an 8 MP selfie camera, a 12 MP rear camera, 4 GB of RAM, and 64 GB of storage. The Galaxy S9 Plus, on the other hand will reportedly be similar to its S9, save for the larger 6.2-inch display, dual rear cameras, and 6 GB of RAM.

Other leaks also suggest that both phones will feature dual stereo speakers, IP68 water and dust resistance, earphones tuned by AKG, an iris scanner, and wireless charging. Sources also indicate that pre-orders will begin just days later on 1 March, and the handset is tipped to start shipping two weeks later on 16 March.

Well, not much to say for now, all we will do is wait until February 25th when they phone will be officially unveiled to the world. Keep it here for more details.
