It’s here, the Infinix HOT S unboxing and first impressions.
The Infinix HOT S is the latest addition to the Infinix range of smartphones. The device was launched last week on Friday together with thE Infinix HOT 4. I must admit Infinix Mobility has been surprising us of late with new devices.
The Infinix HOT S is actually the first phone from Infinix to come with a fingerprint scanner, and we started hearing about it way before the Infinix Note 3. Except that it came to Kenyan a bit late.
We have the device with us and I must admit this is one of the devices from Infinix that has really impressed me, especially with the design. In this article we are going to unbox it and give you first impressions of the device, probably you have bought one already, if not, then we have the details for you on what to expect just in case you decide to grab one for yourself or a loved one.

What’s in the box?
The packaging is quite good and well protected
On opening the box don’t expect to find so many things. The normal accessories which include.
- 1 charger head
- 1 USB cable
- 1 pair of earphones
- User manual
- 1 ejector pin
The Infinix HOT S is a 5.2 inches HD display a good option for those who would want a smaller screen less than 5.5 inches. Generally, I have the design, the 8MP front camera sits right at the top on the left.
At the back, you have the 13MP back camera with Dual LED Flash and the fingerprint sensor placed at the centre. I loved how fast the sensor worked considering this is the first device from Infinix to come with that feature.
Right at the bottom, there are two speaker grills. One for the speaker and one for the microphone with the micro-USB port placed right in between them.
The earphone jack is nicely placed at the top of the device
The volume and power buttons are on the right side of the Infinix HOT S.
I must mention that the Infinix HOT S is very light, one of the other things I love the device .
