Instagram Videos now at 60 seconds

Twitter tried to talk about it but the response seemed to be out of control. In regards to the situation, Twitter lost a lot of users. Instagram thought of the same and many of it’s users were posting pictures with “TURN ON NOTIFICATION FOR MY POST SO THAT YOU WON’T MISS” message.

What am trying to talk about is the change from chronological order to algorithmic order. This tech giants have received setbacks instead of having a good reception. To me I don’t think following one another is the best thing. In fact, terrible idea like a sheep which follows whichever way it is directed without caution.

From the setback, Instagram has tried another way to improve considering the “Snapchat disease” which has tried to revolutionize social media.

Instagram has well been known for pictures and short videos.  This has been the thing;

Now it’s a good news! 60 seconds it is from 15 seconds. You can now share your ideas in a whole minute. Now giving a whole room for creativity, documentaries and fun videos of yourself or with others. To prove this, I got the message from Instagram’s blog:

“We want to bring you fun, flexible and creative ways to create and watch video on Instagram. As part of our continued commitment, you’ll soon have the flexibility to tell your story in up to 60 seconds of video. This is one step of many you’ll see this year.

In the last six months, the time people spent watching video increased by more than 40 percent. And longer videos mean more diverse stories from the accounts you love, whether it’s Selena Gomez (@selenagomez) hanging out with friends or beauty star Bretman Rock’s (@bretmanrock) latest makeup tutorial.

For iOS, we’re also bringing back the ability to make videos out of multiple clips from your camera roll. To learn more about multi-clip video on iOS, check out the Instagram Help Center.

Longer video on Instagram begins rolling out today and will be available for everyone in the coming months. Multi-clip video is available this week as part of Instagram for iOS version 7.19 in Apple’s App Store.”

Good luck to all “Instagrammers”.
