If you have tried attaching a file to a WhatsApp text you must have noticed some additional feature, Document. Yes, the company has finally rolled out the much awaited document sharing feature to its Android and iOS app.
WhatsApp has not yet officially announced this but most users have reported seeing the feature among other file sharing option.
Testing the Document however I noticed one is only limited to PDF files only, meaning you will not be able to see other document formats such as.doc. The features does not also allow you to browse through folders on your phone and it instead displays a list of PDF files only.
Users however need to have upgraded to the latest version of WhatsApp for the document sharing to work.
