Our means of self-expression whether through text messages, Facebook updates or even emails seem to be expanding beyond our means of thought. Emojis have proven to be a very good way to tell someone whether you are laughing or sad. But what if you want to tell someone that you are angry? Well, you can use the ‘angry’ emoji but what about a ‘middle finger’’ emoji?

The ‘middle finger’ emoji is currently not available, but according to Microsoft it is coming soon in Windows 10. Possibly the emoji could be available on other platforms like Android.

According to Emojipedia Skin tone modifiers, the middle finger, and a sassier information desk person are amongst the emoji updates in Windows 10.

The middle finger emoji was approved as part of Unicode 7 in mid-2014, yet has curiously remained absent from iOS, OS X, Android, and Windows. Until now.

To make sure that Windows 10 users find the right emoji to express themselves, these new emojis including the middle finger one will be available in various skin tones.

Scheduled for release mid-2015, Microsoft says it is also bringing a range of changes to their color emoji font, Segoe UI Emoji, in Windows 10.

This makes Microsoft the first big tech company to allow the middle finger emoji onto its platform.
