Google gets rid of the ‘frustrating’ Captcha security test
Google is getting rid of the “frustrating” Captcha security test and replacing it with a much simpler method.
Previously Google has always prompted users to confirm their identity by asking them to read distorted text and type it into a box. Google now is making things easier as users will directly asked whether or not they are robots.
”We’ve begun rolling out a new API that radically simplifies the reCAPTCHA experience. We’re calling it the “No CAPTCHA reCAPTCHA” Google said.
On websites using this new API, users will be able to securely and easily verify they’re human without actually having to solve a CAPTCHA. Instead, with just a single click, they’ll confirm they are not a robot.
The video below explains more:
Google said spammers have grown more and more sophisticated, and Captchas have gotten harder and harder to solve.
