Google has finally opened up an Instagram account.
Google announced it has joined the photo-sharing app via twitter with its first posting being a short video of spinning Rubik’s Cube doodle..
It only has the one post so far, but it’s following accounts for YouTube, Google Maps, and Google Glass. The Instagram account has attracted more than 22,000 followers so far.
Well, could the new account just be another advertising vehicle for Google, it also has accounts on Facebook and Twitter .
The company’s account said,“Google unfiltered — sometimes with filters”.
“Today’s Rubik’s Cube doodle got us thinking—maybe we could do more with squares? Introducing Google on Instagram,” the tweet read .
