Startuplist Africa is a data-driven platform that helps you discover and gain insight into the African Startup Ecosystem by providing important data and metrics on individual companies and industries across the continent.
The project is run by a team of tech, research and business professionals who are grounded and passionate about the African Startup Ecosystem.
According to the founder Emmanuel Ibe “There’s a need for an official list – a platform where you can learn how companies are evolving across the continent. A list that keeps record of the key metrics that drive the growth of african startups. This list can also effectively solve other problems like discovery and due-diligence”
Their mission is to use a data-driven approach to bridge the opportunity and knowledge gap for local and international investors, researchers, entrepreneurs and government officials to make guided decisions on their next ventures.
