Safaricom’s M-PESA and PayPal ‘s team are planning service maintenance on the 5th of October, next Monday.
The service maintenance update message is currently embedded on PayPal’s mobile money website, paypal-mobilemoney.com.
Due to the planned maintenance, deposit and withdrawals to or from PayPal via M-PESA won’t be available. However, there is a high chance you definitely won’t be affected, considering the selected time and duration of the maintenance.
The upgrade will be happening for just two hours, from 5:05 AM to 7:05 AM.
“Dear Customer, Please expect a pause in the service between 5:05 AM to 7:05 AM Kenya Time on the 5th of October 2020 due to a planned maintenance.”
“We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused,” the team wrote.
