Huawei nova 9 pre-orders open in Kenya for Ksh. 65,999


Huawei Mobile has today opened pre-orders for the Huawei nova 9 in Kenya for Kshs 65,999. The pre-orders can be made from all retail stores across the country including Huawei Experience stores. 

Huawei says the nova 9 pre-orders come with free gifts that entails a power bank and Band 4 with an extended 2 years warranty. 

“The style of Huawei nova Series is chic and identified, having its own signature nova brand icon and coming in chic colourways and designs that stylishly adorn its users, as well as providing a premium entertainment experience, people who own this product have the unique “nova” style.”  Huawei Mobile Kenya Country Head Jim Zhujie said. 

The Huawei nova 9  comes with a 6.57-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080×2340 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. It is powered by a 1.8GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G processor that features 4 cores clocked at 2.42GHz and 4 cores clocked at 1.8GHz. It comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of inbuilt storage.  

For the cameras are concerned, the Huawei Nova 9 on the rear packs a quad camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.9 aperture; an 8-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture; a 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture, and a 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture. There is a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 32-megapixel sensor with an f/2.0 aperture.

Running on the latest version of EMUI 12, Huawei says the nova 9 provides smooth and fast control response as well as app launch experience. 

Again, the phone ships without Google’s apps or services, including the Google Play Store. You can however still get to download some of your favourite apps from the Huawei App Gallery.
