Main Responsibilities. Maintains network performance by performing network monitoring and analysis, troubleshooting network problems; escalating problems to service provider or to eni Italy ICT. Active Directory server administration. Resource and shared folder server administration. Network Administration. To ensure planning, budgeting and actual costs for information technology and telecommunication activities according to the defined time schedule. Participate with the installation, monitoring, support and optimization of all hardware,software and communications links. Analyze and resolve wireless, local area networks, hardware, software problems in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure the stability and integrity of in-house voice, data, video and wireless network services. To ensure ICT projects realization in terms of timing, cost, quality and compliance To redirect or escalate support requests to the appropriate ICT team in Italy. To provide efficient ICT services in line with business needs, adopting eni standards and procedures for information security and protection, ensuring ICT compliance. Responsible for preventive maintenance of all equipment Responsible for testing and setting up of video conference services Technical liaison for external IT suppliers Responsible for preparing purchase orders ensuring supporting documents are attached for all technical equipment. Any other duties as requested from time to time by the eni team through his supervisor Job Summary Contract Type: Full time, Temporary Qualifications Technical Degree in ICT or equivalent. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role Fluent knowledge of English.
