Xiaomi has announced the newest iteration of its Android Skin MIUI 11 today. Part of the latest updates includes minimalistic design and few tweaks here and there on clock styles, notification lights, and on the lock screen, not forgetting system-wide dark mode.

Apart from these features, Xiaomi MIUI 11 features an always-on display, quick replies, and dynamic video wallpapers. One cool feature is the new floating calculator, which can be overlaid over the screen in kind of picture in picture mode functionality.

At the Redmi Note 8 launch event in India, the company revealed a list of 28 devices set to receive the new MIUI version. Based on the timelines, the rollout begins as early as this month and ends in December.
