Itel Mobile is running a service month for its local customers. Dubbed i-Service, the service month will run from 10th August to 10th September in itel outlets across the country and will see customers enjoy different services including free smartphone replacements for damaged itel phones.
During this service month, itel customers can visit selected itel outlets countrywide, buy a smartphone phone and they will get a raffle that they will use to redeem at Carl-care outlets countrywide or go to Carl-care with the receipt.
Itel Carlcare centres will also offer the following services:
- Free replacement: If your itel smartphone is not artificially damaged and the issue can’t be solved by software upgrade, itel will replace it for you with the same model or repaired with no charge. This will however only apply for itel smartphones that were bought in the last 100 days.
- Half Price Screen Replacement: Itel will also offer screen replacement for select smartphones models at half price. The models include the itel A56, A36 and the P36.
- Half Price Accessories Purchasing From Carclare: If you have always wanted to buy or upgrade your itel accessory then you can do this during this itel service month. The company will be offering a 50% discount for any itel customer purchase accessories from Carlcare centre with itel service moth raffles.
- Free System/Software update: itel will also be doing a system update for its customers for free during this period.
- There will also be a FREE itel Phone Cleansing and customers will also be getting FREE Smartphone Protector
Walk-in clients in select itel outlets across the country will also be getting a free itel Phone cleansing to keep their phones germ-free. This is very important especially during this COVID-10 pandemic where cleaning your devices has become really important. They clients, just like any other itel customers visiting Carlcare centres will also be getting a free smartphone protector. This will also only apply to the of A56, A36, and P36 itel smartphone models.
This will not be the first time itel mobile is running such a campaign. Last year, the company also run a 100 days of free replacement on its various devices. The devices in question included the itel A33, P33, and the new S series devices – S15 and S15 Pro.
This service month will run for an entire month starting yesterday 10th August to 10th September.
