LG has announced a massive discount on its 83-inch OLED TV in Kenya. The TV, which is one of the best 4K TVs available in the market currently is being sold for KES 922,995, but LG says it’s now offering a 37% discount to customers across the country.
The 37% discount will run until October 2nd, 2022 and will see customers save up to KES 343,000.
“As LG, we value our customers. We are because of them and that is why we have decided to give some discounts back to them. We also acknowledge the fact that the cost of living is not that friendly, and as a brand that is anchored on the foundation of humane, we must look after them,” said LG East Africa Managing Director Sa Nyoung Kim.
LG is also offering massive discounts who buy refrigerators and washing machines during this period.
Refrigerators currently retailing at KES 413,996 will enjoy KES 50,000 shillings off (12 per cent) while those who will buy washing machines currently retailing at KES 152,995 will have KES 18,000 off (12 per cent). For the washing machines currently retailing at KES 234,995, customers will have KES 23,500 off.
The greatest discount from LG Electronics is for those who will purchase the LG OLED TV currently retailing at 922,995 shillings for they will enjoy a discount of 343,00 shillings (37 per cent).
As Kenyans enjoy the discounts, LG has also announced the world’s largest OLED TV, the LG OLED Evo Gallery Edition TV, model 97G2, that will soon be available for purchase in global markets.
