Leaked Photos of the Nokia X surface online, expected to go official anytime

HMD Global could just be planning to unveil yet another Android Nokia device. Images of the device expected to be called Nokia X or Nokia X6 were spotted on Chinese social media Baidu.

The images were spotted sitting on a display table at an Asian event.  With this kind of setting, does this mean the device was being launched in China? We are not really sure about that although the device had actually been tipped to launch in China today.

From the images, the device can clearly be seen featuring a notch and a dual camera setup as well as a rear fingerprint scanner.

The spotted model number is TA-1099, which passed the CCC certification a week ago. This happened at the same time when Nokia was actively promoting the announcement of the Nokia X in China.

We don’t know much about the specifications, but we should expect it to be a mid-ranger. Other leaked specs suggest that the Nokia X could feature a 5.8-inch display with 19:9 aspect ratio, Snapdragon 636 chipset, and 6GB RAM. The same rumours also suggest that a low-end variant, with a MediaTek Helio P60 chipset and 4GB RAM, might also be launched.

Below are some of the leaked photos.

We will be sharing more details as we get them in the coming weeks.
