Itel is giving a discount coupon offer on the Itel P37


Itel Mobile Kenya has announced a discount coupon offer for its latest device in the P series, the Itel P37.

The offer is running in all Itel retail stores across the country and will see customers who purchase the Itel P37 get a coupon that grants them Ksh 300 off on every purchase made. 

In addition to this customers will also get free branded gifts which include, T-shirts, foodstuff, water cups, headphones, among other gifts. 

The Itel P37 retails at a recommended retail price of Ksh 8,999. It is the successor to the P36  and comes with a new refreshed design and lots of other new features.

The phone comes with a 6.5-Inch waterdrop display coupled with a screen resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20.5:9.

The Itel P37 runs on Android 10 (Go edition). Android Go is basically a stripped-down version of Android designed to run on entry-level smartphones.  It is fine-tuned for devices with specific hardware configurations. The pre-installed Go apps like Google Go, YouTube Go, Google Maps Go, and Gmail Go are all smaller in size and consume less data as well as space.

The P37 comes with a 1.4 GHz Octa-core, Cortex-A55 processor, a Spreadtrum UniSoC chipset coupled, and 2GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal storage of 32GB. 

For the cameras, P37 comes with a dual rear camera setup consisting of 8MP + 0.3MP sensors that can shoot videos in 720p. The selfie camera is 5MP. The phone is powered by a removable Lithium-Polymer 5,000mAh.

Over the last couple of months, Itel has also been running a number of campaigns to promote this device.

 In June it announced a new challenge giving a chance for participants to showcase their football skills. Dubbed ‘’Pass Ball Campaign’’ which started on 14th June participants got  a chance to be Bongo star Diamon’s team members. The final 3 winners also stood a chance to win Ksh 80, 000 for the 1st Runners up,  Ksh 50, 000 for the 2nd Runners, and Ksh 30,000 for the 3rd Runners.
