HMD’s 5G Nokia X10 is now available for purchase in Kenya for Ksh. 35,000


HMD Global, the home of Nokia phones has launched its latest 5G smartphone, the Nokia X10, in Kenya. The all-new X-series was launched globally on April 8th together with a number of other new devices including the Nokia X20, the budget G20 and G10, and the C series Nokia C20 and C10.

With the Nokia X10, HMD Global says its signature Android TM promise just got better, as Nokia X10 which now comes with three years of monthly security updates, three OS upgrades, and a 100% compostable case. 

The phone also offers the company’s most accessible superfast 5G.

Nokia X10 Specs

The Nokia X10 comes with a 6.67-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20:9. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 processor and comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. There’s also a 6/128GB variant.

The Nokia X10 runs Android 11 and is powered by a 4500mAh battery.

For the cameras, the Nokia X10 on the rear packs a 48-megapixel primary camera; a 5-megapixel camera; a 2-megapixel camera, and a 2-megapixel camera.  The selfie camera is 8-megapixel.

The Nokia X10 can be purchased in Kenya from mobile retail stores, Safaricom shops, Mobile Hub, Anisuma and Jumia; and comes in Forest and Snow colour options. Retail price starts at Ksh. 35,000.   Additionally, included is a screen protector and an eco-friendly back phone cover as part of the accessories in the box.
